Please provide a valid phone number at checkout so we can arrange delivery—orders will not be dispatched without one. If no number is provided, we will contact you via email to request it. Please respond quickly to ensure a smooth delivery.

 

 

 

Returns Policy

 

We have a 14-day return policy for online orders, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for non-faulty items.

 

Eligibility for Returns

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

 

  • Be in the same condition that you received it.
  • Be unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.
  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

How to Request a Return

 

To start a return, please contact us at info@discountfurnituredealer.com within 14 days of receiving your item. Returns must be pre-authorised before sending any item back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

 

Once your return request is approved, you will be provided with instructions on how and where to send your item. Please note: customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty. We do not provide return labels for non-faulty items.

 

Damaged or Faulty Items

 

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@discountfurnituredealer.com with photographs and details of the issue. In such cases, we will arrange for the item to be returned to us at no cost to you.

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

 

  • Custom-made or personalized items.
  • Sale or clearance items.
  • Items that are not in their original condition or have been used.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

 

If your order is being shipped into the EU, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must meet the conditions outlined above to be eligible for a return.

 

Refunds

 

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Shipping Policy

 

We offer one standard shipping option, with the cost calculated based on the postcode and weight of the order.

 

Delivery Times:

 

  • For customers in England and Wales, orders are expected to be delivered within 7-10 business days from the date of placing the order. Please note that this is an estimate and not a guarantee, and your order may arrive sooner.

  • For customers in Scotland, orders are expected to be delivered within 14-21 business days. Again, this is an estimate, not a guarantee, and your order could arrive earlier than expected.

 

Delivery Confirmation:

 

Once your order is ready to be shipped, you will be contacted the day before delivery to confirm if you will be ready to receive the order.

 

Missed Deliveries:

 

If delivery is confirmed, and for any reason, delivery cannot be completed, you will be responsible for paying the full cost of the original shipping fee. You will also be required to pay for the second delivery attempt in full. This process will continue until the order has been successfully delivered.
